Bramhall Bakery originally opened in Bramhall, Stockport in May 2012. It is an independent family owned business combining artisan baking skills with business and finance expertise.
Scott is an artisan baker from Melbourne, Australia with over 20 years experience in the industry and Jo has spent over 10 years working as a management consultant for a global professional services firm.
We set up the bakery to share our passion about great bread, bringing excellent quality, fresh baked bread to people in the northwest everyday.
Our baking techniques focus on traditional processes, time, great ingredients and maximum flavour. All of the loaves are lovingly baked everyday to our own recipes. The result is our great tasting bread.
To enhance our extensive range of hand produced goodies we have selected some products that we think you will like, from some carefully selected suppliers, where possible locally sourced.
In 2014 we opened a larger, purpose built bakery in Poynton and in January 2018 when we were sadly unable to renew the lease in Bramhall at our original shop we moved all of our operations to Poynton. We continue to develop the range of products and we will be ‘popping up’ in a number of locations.
